Press Releases & Recognition SUCCESS STORY: Good News about Local Business - COSE Update, October 2005 Building a niche in healthcare design Located at historic Shaker Square, Perspectus Architecture is a 12-person firm that has found its niche in providing creative solutions in master planning, design and project management, primarily in healthcare, research, educational and municipal projects. The firm’s founding principals – Bill Ayars, AIA NCARB and Larry Fischer, AIA NCARB – collectively have more than 50 years of experience in these specialized areas. Prior to starting Perspectus in 2001, they were principals with a large Cleveland-based architectural firm and were an integral part of its growth for more than 18 years. Now, with clients across Ohio and beyond as well as a long list of impressive projects under their belt, Ayars and Fischer are building their practice on communication, technological integration and the highest quality service. “We don’t think of our firm as a start-up given our years of experience,” says Fischer. “We focus on maintaining and building client relationships on a senior level through quality work.” Perspectus is on the cutting edge of designing specialized health care, educational and research facilities. In addition to working with numerous hospital systems in Cleveland, the firm is heavily involved with The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute of The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. They are working on high profile projects including an ambulatory center, a bone marrow transplant unit, and radiation oncology equipment integration. To accommodate the firm’s growth, the duo has recently confirmed their commitment to Cleveland and Shaker Square by doubling the size of their office space. Back to Press Releases |
