Press Releases & Recognition Perspectus Architecture renews Shaker Square lease November 18, 2004; Cleveland, Ohio – The principals of Perspectus Architecture have re-confirmed their commitment to Cleveland’s historic Shaker Square by renewing the lease on the firm’s existing space and taking on additional adjacent space. Perspectus Architecture is a full-service architectural firm providing creative solutions in master planning, design and project management. The firm works with many healthcare and research institutions and universities in Ohio and other midwestern states. The expanded space at 13212 Shaker Square allows room to bring on new staff, accommodating the firm’s anticipated growth and bringing more income and jobs into the city of Cleveland. The firm’s founding principals – Bill Ayars, AIA and Larry Fischer, AIA – collectively have more than 50 years of architectural experience. They opened the Shaker Square office in 2001. Prior to making a final decision to sign the new lease, Ayars and Fischer also evaluated space in Ohio City and Cleveland Heights. “Everyone from Chicago to New York knows the address of Shaker Square,” said Fischer.
