Perspectus Architecture renews commitment
to historic Shaker Square
August 11, 2006; Cleveland, Ohio - The principals
of Perspectus Architecture have re-confirmed
their commitment to Cleveland’s historic Shaker
Square by expanding the firm’s office space.
Perspectus Architecture is a full-service architectural
firm providing creative solutions in master planning,
design and project management. The firm works with many
healthcare and research institutions, retailers and
universities in Ohio and other midwestern states.
The expanded second floor space at 13212 Shaker Square
allows room to bring on new staff, accommodate the firm’s
continued growth and bring more income and jobs into
the City of Cleveland. The firm has more than tripled
its initial space.
Perspectus’ founding principals – Bill
Ayars, AIA NCARB and Larry Fischer,
AIA NCARB – collectively have more than 50 years
of architectural experience. They opened the Shaker
Square office in 2001. Prior to making a final decision
to sign the new lease, Ayars and Fischer evaluated numerous
locations in Northeast Ohio.
