Press Releases & Recognition Perspectus Architecture expands professional design staff CLEVELAND, OH; June 12, 2006 - Perspectus Architecture, a Cleveland-based professional design firm, has appointed the following individuals to its architectural team: Timothy E. Huffman, AIA, NCARB as Project Director; Michael Ritzenthaler as Project Associate; and, Clint Luikart as Project Associate.
Timothy Huffman has 28 years of experience
with a variety of building types and projects on more
than 200 retail sites in the United States. His areas
of focus include planning, design and project management.
Huffman holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University and a Masters in Business Administration from John Carroll University. A resident of Strongsville, he is the vice chairman of the Strongsville Architectural Review Board and the chairman of the Strongsville Town Center Commission. Michael Ritzenthaler has a strong background in design support, graphic representation techniques, and construction document preparation. With knowledge of various 3D computer modeling and computer graphic programs, he provides clients with visual support to better understand their projects. Ritzenthaler has been involved in a wide array of healthcare projects ranging from site and facility planning to small additions and renovations. A resident of Cleveland, Ritzenthaler holds a Bachelor of Science in Fine & Professional Arts and a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. He is a member of the Cleveland Green Building Coalition. Clint Luikart is experienced in construction document preparation, design support and consultant coordination. He has been actively involved in small and large scale projects, ranging from tenant interior fit-outs to 280,000+ square-foot retail developments.
