Clint Luikart of Perspectus Architecture achieves AIA status

CLEVELAND, OH; February 15, 2010 -- Perspectus Architecture announced today that Clint Luikart, AIA has passed his State Board exams to become a Registered Architect in the State of Ohio. He was issued professional licensure in December 2009.

Luikart has been a member of the Perspectus team since 2006. His work experience encompasses design support and construction document preparation for a variety of project types with emphasis in elderly housing and retail. His intimate participation with projects has provided a firm understanding of construction processes and techniques along with a general knowledge of building system requirements. Luikart recently managed the Skilled Nursing Expansion projects for Westlake Village and Homewood Residence at Richmond Heights.

Perspectus Principal Larry Fischer, AIA, ACHA, said, “We congratulate Clint on his most recent accomplishment, as he is a great asset to our team.”

Luikart earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2000. A native of Independence, Ohio, he currently resides in neighboring Brecksville with his wife and three sons. He is also active in the Broadview Heights community as a basketball coach.
