Clubs and Recreation

Perspectus’ architects have completed projects for some of the premier private and public facilities in the country, including Shaker Heights Country Club, Canterbury Country Club, Kirtland Country Club and The Sanctuary Golf Club in Sanibel Island, Florida. Our team brings years of clubhouse design experience in master planning, design and implementation on a wide range of projects, working closely with these organizations as well as their committees and boards.

Club experience extends from golf pro-shops and locker rooms to dining, meeting and food service facilities. Experience also extends outside the clubhouse to include swimming pools, tennis facilities and paddle courts. Many of our club clients have incorporated fitness, wellness and spas into their operations.

Our niche in sports and recreation has included projects such as recreation centers, baseball stadiums, football stadiums, field hockey stadiums, gymnasiums, ice rinks, natatoriums, synthetic turf fields and climbing walls.
