Medical Office Buildings & Outpatient Facilities

The primary objective of these projects is to provide the communities with enhanced facilities and improve the outpatient experience with comprehensive services, including new operating rooms, physician offices, radiology and related components.

One regional healthcare facility, the Surgery Center at Southwoods located in Boardman, Ohio, required an expansion and alteration to an existing ambulatory surgery center to expand services and capabilities. The completed 23,000 square foot surgery center features a new canopy entrance to welcome patients and visitors alike.
