Perspectus Architecture was selected by Brookdale Senior Living to develop skilled nursing home components for their existing Northern Ohio retirement Centers.

The 39,029 square foot Westlake Village project added 60 residential nursing home beds in private rooms to provide a continuum of care to their 400-unit independent and assisted living facilities. This expansion was designed to blend seamlessly into the existing Western Reserve residential architecture.
