Inserting a new 800 square-foot endovascular procedure room within a functioning operating suite presented unique challenges that Perspectus was ready to address.

By installing temporary exit partitions, utilizing a nearby egress stair for contractor access and removing an exterior window for material delivery and disposal, construction progressed without jeopardizing the functionality or sterility of adjacent spaces.

A storage room strategically placed between operating rooms during Perspectus Architects’ prior planning of the surgery suite was converted into the control room allowing the treatment room to remain at a code compliant size.
