Southwest General Health Center partnering with University Hospitals awarded Perspectus Architecture the project to design for a new 40,000 square foot facility to serve their expanding client base for the area.

The design, a sister facility to the main SWGHC campus in Middleburg Heights and the Strongsville Medical Center, houses outpatient radiology, lab facilities, cardiac testing, urgicare, and several medical office suites.

A fast-track construction schedule with a construction manager allowed the client to occupy the building in less time than conventional design / build. This project included the demolition of site features and an existing home.
