The Sanctuary Golf Club design balances island casual with traditional opulence, in addition to providing the flexibility of formal banquet and dining experiences. The resulting design respects the Club’s desire to retain the best elements of the existing facility while unifying it with the new design, delivering one cohesive vision.

This project included an expansion to 31,000 square feet: New Grille Room for casual dining; expanded veranda dining with breathtaking views of the golf course and rear flower gardens; the addition of new meeting rooms including a comprehensive business center; expanded kitchen facilities to accommodate weddings and larger parties; redesigned dining spaces which resulted in doubled seating capacity without adding to the footprint.

Jim Wallis, prior to Perspectus, provided The Sanctuary integrated services including consulting, architecture, engineering and interior design. He specifically provided expertise throughout the project including clubhouse evaluation, master planning, conceptual design, cost estimating, construction documentation, contract management and construction administration.
