Pepper Pike, Ohio

The Pepper Pike Club is in the process of renovating the existing clubhouse and adding 5,000 square feet of new space as part of the current clubhouse additions and alterations. The project includes: a new member dining room; a bar/lounge; an outdoor patio and bar; Women’s Locker Rooms; a relocated and expanded kitchen; and, other interior updates to the existing clubhouse. The alterations to the clubhouse include life safety improvements and ADA accessibility upgrades, including a new elevator. The project is scheduled to be complete by Opening Day in May 2012.
