The Mayfield Country Club Addition was completed in 2001. The basis of the design was a seamless transition from the existing Tudor clubhouse to the new three-story addition on the back hillside overlooking the 18th green.

Major components of the addition included a new member Dining Room with vaulted ceiling and new member Bar with spectacular views below. Other program elements included a Children’s Snack Bar, Children’s Locker Room, and a Fitness Center. An outdoor dining patio allows for exterior dining on warm summer days. The final product created member spaces that were always available even while the Club supported outside functions in its Banquet/Dining Facilities. Jim Wallis completed the project prior to joining Perspectus. Architect of Record: Collins Gordon Bostwick.
