DSI Architects, Perspectus Architecture’s long term care partner, was commissioned to design a 22-bed rehabilitation wing for an existing Skilled Nursing Facility. The 22,600 square foot addition houses a new therapy pool, areas for inpatient and outpatient therapy, as well as new dining and lounge spaces.

The atmosphere, through the use of color and natural light, works to encourage rehabilitation by creating the feeling that the residents are visiting a Spa rather than a more traditional healthcare center.
