University Heights, Ohio

This 48,000 square foot renovation converted existing student housing into new administrative offices. The existing four-story structure was renovated in order to make room for offices and executive conference rooms for the University’s expanding administrative needs. The existing building constructed in the early 1900s was also brought up to today’s accessibility standards including the installation of a new accessible elevator. Project completed by staff prior to Perspectus Architecture. Architect of Record: CGB Architects.
