Perspectus Architecture was selected by Brookdale Senior Living to develop skilled nursing home components for their existing Northern Ohio senior living centers.

Homewood Residence, located in Richmond Heights, Ohio, provides Personalized Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care and Skilled Nursing Care options for seniors.

This 45,000 square foot project added 60 residential nursing home beds in private rooms to provide a continuum of care to their 250-unit independent and assisted living facilities. The project was designed to blend seamlessly into the existing Western Reserve residential architecture.
