Perspectus Architecture’s long term care partner, DSI Architects, designed this new 61-unit Assisted Living and Dementia Care Facility for Elmwood Communities. The 51,000 square foot project houses Senior Day Care, Assisted Living and Dementia Care residents in an environment designed to fit the differing needs of the residents while creating an active, supportive community.

The facility is designed to maintain a residential scale to fit in with its surroundings as well as to form a homelike setting for the residents. The building includes amenities such as a Fitness Center, Bistro, Library, Media Room, and specialized lounges and a Spa.
