Perspectus Architecture designed a four-story, 100,000 square foot Medical Office Building located adjacent to a new hospital built by Lake Hospital System, now called Lake Health.

The building’s program includes various physician office practices, public auditorium / meeting rooms for the adjacent hospital, general business, pharmacy and outpatient services, such as rehabilitation services, integrative medicine and infusion.

Perspectus also did the fit outs for many of the physician offices.
